Basically what I need you to do is convert the PNG's I give you to straight CSS/XHTML. You may not use dreamweaver to create it as that creates messy code, we need the code to be as optimized as possible and commented out. The site must use tableless css, and it must work on all major browsers. I will email the winner the PNG templates to convert.
